1. Every year 6 nights /7 days in STUDIO unit FOR 2 adult and 2 kids (3 ADULT) in DAE GLOBAL VACATION for chosen years.

2. Ownership is transferable & gift-able.

3. There are no utility charges applicable in your ownership.

4. Annual Maintenance Charges of Rs 9000 will be applicable on the year of taking facilities.

5. You can take bonus weeks from EXCHANGE for domestic & international as well. Exchange amount $135 for a week in India and $ 350 for a week in International. We will provide DAE membership.

6. You can also split your vacation into 3 nights/4 days and 2 nights/ 3 Days.

7. You can book your holidays round the year(OUT OF 365 days), THERE IS NO SEASON & AVAILABILITY (assure availability) YOU CAN BOOK YOUR HOLIDAYS IN ANY SEASON(DATES, YOU WISH TO TRAVEL) AT ANY DESTINATIONS.

8. You can also get discount on food in the Properties including free breakfast.

9. You can upgrade your apartment through night deduction basis.

10. You can also carry forward or take next year's holidays in advance as well.

11. You will get discounts on Air tickets for domestic & international (10-25%).

12. Sight-seeing & all the activities (on city) will be arranged.

13. Pick-Drop availability will be provided free of cost.
